- Scope & Acceptance These Terms govern your access to and use of FhosLabs’ website, software, consultancy services, and related products (“Services”). By using our Services you agree to these Terms.
- Services & Deliverables We deliver project scope as agreed in written proposals or agreements. Any change requests should be formally documented and may incur additional fees.
- Payment & Billing Fees are due as per the terms in proposals or invoices. We accept payment via regulated gateways. Late payments may be subject to interest or suspension of services.
- Intellectual Property Unless otherwise agreed, FhosLabs retains IP ownership of developed code, design assets, models and documentation. You obtain a licence for internal use; redistribution requires separate agreement.
- Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information received during the engagement.
- Warranties & Limitations We strive for high quality and security; however: No product is guaranteed errorfree. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Termination Either party may terminate with written notice. Outstanding fees, expense reimbursements, or deliverables remain due. On termination, we’ll return or destroy all confidential data.
- Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to courts in London.
